BHHC is a great organization offering excellent home care. Their staff were amazing and took great care of my mom. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for home health care services.

We have been SO thankful for the wonderful help the caregivers at Benevolent Hearts have been to our family! My father-in-law has been caring for my mother-in-law (who has advanced dementia) for years. Recently we had to take my FIL to the ER, and we were in need of finding home care for my MIL quickly. I called around to several companies, and Benevolent Hearts was the only one who could come out the same day, and actually within a couple hours (which is what we desperately needed!). We have since discovered that they have a great system in place that enables them to provide emergency care that other companies aren’t as equipped to do. They are such a well run company in so many ways. Our contact person, Jessica, is great with communicating, checking in to make sure things are going well, and is easy to get a hold of and super responsive. They also place an importance on providing consistency in caregivers, which is especially important for dementia patients. But most importantly, they have provided wonderful, kind, caring, caregivers who not only take amazing care of my MIL, but who also help with light work around the house. We decided to continue to have their caregivers come regularly even after my FIL was back home, and they truly go above and beyond and have been a tremendous blessing to us, and we are grateful we found them!

Dawn the owner was amazing to work with. We spoke on a Sunday night. After describing what was going on she suggested that my mom probably needed some inpatient rehab. She was able to help coordinate that for the next day. Dawn truly cares about helping people. Also Rebecca was amazing at following up with me on all the details and helping achieve the goal of getting my mom strong enough to attend my son’s wedding. Benevolent Hearts did a great job helping my family this summer. My dad was in rehab and we were exhausted in watching him 24/7. Benevolent Hearts was available immediately to help watch my dad each night until we could get him move to a better care facility. We really appreciated their rapid response, care and concern for my dad, and the support they gave us during a trying time. I highly recommend Benevolent Hearts for quality care.

Benevolent Hearts was wonderful for my Mom. They worked to get just the right caregivers and keep a regular schedule. This was really important for Mom to see the same faces she knew and loved. They were so professional yet treated Mom like family. I can't say enough about the caring people who lovingly took care of Mom and the peace of mind this gave us!

I was very happy to be referred to this company. They are professional, truly caring and were amazing with my mom. They were very personable and listened to any concerns my mom or I had. They never let just some random stranger just show up at your door. Denise the manager always shows up with a new caregiver to introduce her and show them the lay of the land and tells them to take good notes and write down everything that the caregiver does for and with the patient. I couldn't have nursed my mom back to health without these wonderful caregivers. Your loved one will be in great hands with Benevolent caregivers. This team is first class! They were accommodating with the schedule of care I needed for my Mother on a short notice. They went above and beyond to make sure that not only she had the best care, but also all her fur babies. Considerate, kind, and loving are a few words I would use to describe the team at Benevolent Hearts. I would not use anyone else with someone I love. Simply the best!

We were somewhat hesitant about bringing someone into our home to care for my grandmother who is 104. But the folks at Benevolent have been nothing short of a godsend!! From my first call with Dawn to our meeting with Tempie to our awesome caregiver Pat, they have been so wonderful. It didn’t take very long before they just seem like part of our family. I am thankful for all they do for us and highly recommend them!!

Rxcellent staff. Very experienced and professional. Contacted daughter when i was very sick and unresponsive. Helped daughter get me ready for trip to hospital and helped get me physically into daughters car. Professional and kind demeanor with all caregivers. We have been blessed by BH home care in months passed, however, when my sweet mama suffered a serious medical event, we felt it best to get her back to her AL apartment with 24 hr. observation and care. BH sprang into action and worked a miracle! Our case manager, scheduler, caregivers staffed her with 24/7 care, a plan of care, worked with family and staff at her facility and pulled off a MIRACLE! From the top down, BH is THE best home care agency in town! They have helped my mama have the best possible recovery and return to her baseline. We could not have done it without BH!
